We met Tom on a saturday home open and by the end of the day Tom had negotiated an offer with the vendor for us and before the nights end we had an acceptance. Settlement was 4 weeks later. Tom helped us find a settlement agent and a building inspector along with a termite inspector for a very reasonable cost and the inspections and settlement all went smoothly and any repairs being needed, Tom was on top of it and had it done in a Jiffy. I would highly recommend buying or selling from Tom. He has a very easy going and friendly nature and was more than helpful. Thanks so much Tom, we just love our new home.
