Jan came to look at my property 6 months prior to the sale, and I asked her for advice on the renovations I was planning on, and if it would be likely that what I would spend would increase the value to either deliver a better outcome on the sale or rental income. She loved my ideas and plan, and her advice was to go for it! So I did exactly that, and last minute as I was about the board a plane, made the decision the sell, rather than rent it out, as it looked incredible!! Not only that but I was away travelling when I decided to sell, and not in the country during the sale period, and the communication via WhatsApp was second to none!! Jan said “leave it with me” and arranged the photos, listing and inspections with her team so effortlessly. Jan had 5 offers on the table within one week! The level of expertise and experience in the industry is incredible and I appreciate and took in all the advise that she gave, keeping the renovations to a minimum and taking the emotions out of the equation and not overspend, as I was selling (or possibly renting it out).
