We never met Rachele, we spoke on the phone only. Her helpers were great. I found it very impersonal, we didn't even get a sold sign. That was disappointing. We had to collect the keys, got a small gift and no follow up. Nothing. But we did get the house we wanted and had great help from our conveyancer.
