She's a Thinker!!

We had the pleasure of meeting Heather at an open for inspection at what is now our home. At the time of the inspection we were in the final stages of securing our finance pre-approval. One of the items that our finance was subject to was selling a caravan to give us the balance of funds required for deposit. At the end of the open for inspection there was a discussion with Heather regarding the property and also with where we were at with our finances. Heather asked if we had considered submitting an offer on the property and including that it would be subject to us selling our caravan. This was not something we had even considered....so the following day we contacted heather with our offer including the selling of the caravan and heather cam back to us within the hour telling us that the vendor had accepted our offer. Had it not been for Heathers suggestion and her being aware of what her seller would and would not accept has resulted in us now owning our own home. Heather was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I potential purchasers would be extremely lucky if they were dealing with Heather!!! 100% positive experience for us!!!
