Jan Jones real estate purchase

Hi, I was looking at a lot of homes before I was able to purchase from Jan. Interestingly, I looked at 1 across the street and then noticed Jan's sign. Jan was prompt in returning my call and as I was on a time line from Interstate I needed to see as soon as possible. Jan and the home owner were very accommodating and I as in same day with the positive look. I was able to get a contract the same day and from there I had to understand QLD purchasing laws. Jan put me in touch with a good conveyancer and the journey began. Laws are very different interstate and I was soon to learn with good guidance from Jan. I cant thank her and her staff enough, for bringing me the key when a delayed settlement went through no fault of Jan's agency. I am happy with my home and recommend Jan and her team highly.
