About Ella

Ella is a self motivated, organised person who likes to get the job done. Ella entered the real estate industry in 2022 by chance as a fill in support person. Ella has found her feet in property management and enjoys the time spent with landlords and tenants forming a close working relationship offering good communication, prompt service and above all a real respect for those around her. Ella has proven that she is a real asset to the team and has a strong, prompt work ethic which is exactly what is needed in her role. Outside of work Ella has many hobbies which include netball, watersports and enjoying valuable time with her friends and family.

A highly respected real estate professional with a proven track record, Janelle has 2 decades of experience in the property industry. She has experience in all aspects of real estate and looks forward to turning many more Real Estate dreams into a reality. Janelle has a personable approach and strong commitment to achieving outstanding results for her clients. “I deeply value the professional relationships I have been able to develop during my real estate career and believe these must be built on trust, respect and honesty.” Outside of work, Janelle loves to spend time with her family. With 3 young active boys, there's never a dull moment. Janelle says that she feels blessed to be able to balance her work life with her family life and that without a very supportive family it would not be possible. "Life is hectic, but I wouldn't have it any other way". Janelle Puppa has been in the industry since 2000.

Cant fault Janelle Puppa Real Estate at all. Mariah went above and beyond to help me move from interstate. Very easy to speak to and quick to reply, understood what I needed and delivered amazingly. Honest, respectful, reliable and very understanding. Fiona is very thorough and knows the industry very well. Easy to talk to and converse with, very transparent and accommodating. Really good business, totally recommend them as tenant and landlord. (Hopefully, future buyer too) Very thankful to you both for making the housing component of my relocation, such an easy transition interstate, during a very stressful and busy time.
