A very professional agent.

Ella was a pleasure to deal with. My house had a long term tennant with a 12 month lease, so my availability of interested buyers and sale price was always going to reflect a harsh financial penalty. Communications were honest and any restructuring of the pricing was carefully discussed before moving forward. Ella negotiated professionally and achieved a final sale that I was content to accept. All paperwork and funds were in order and sent to me shortly after. Please contact Ella if you are selling.

Fantastic from start to finish
