Previous tenant recommended by Janelle Puppa real estate broke the lease. I acceded to the request on the proviso (and in accordance with every other instance of a break lease I have ever heard of) that I don't incur costs for the break of contract. The agent re-tenanted the property and has charged me in excess of $800. With two charges of $352 equalling $704: first charge was for relenting second charge is releasing!! Aren't they the same thing!!!! Plus $110 for advertising. Nearly a thousand dollars because the tenant broke the lease!
