We took on a rental in our local area and was one the only a few agents who was herself and team made the prosses as easy as could be from start to finish. Only complaints were landlords cleaning job before we moved in could have been a lot better, so much cat hair. We left the property cleaner than when we got it. The Janelle and her team were helpful in getting the bond back with ease which was a massive changed from my past dealing with rentals. Would be happy to use her services again, but next we hope its for investment properties instead of renting.
