More than anything, I really appreciated Janice keeping us up to date with the settlement process and being very accommodating with the final inspection timeline and small repairs to be done. Got the job dunn right
My wife wanted to go with Janice Dunn Estate Agents but I was hesitant as the property we were selling was close to the city and I was not confident that an agent from Frankston South could cover the required marketing and opens but boy was I wrong! Janice and her team were always on the job fully focused, Janice kept us informed at all stages of the auction campaign and on the day we came away with a result that we were very happy with despite extremely challenging conditions during lockdown. There was an honesty throughout the process, no misleading jargon, just realistic expectations delivered with a positive attitude which we really appreciated. Great job Janice and Team Dunn.

Janice and her team were an absolute delight to deal with, from first appraising our home to the daily communication throughout the campaign and post-sale. She is an excellent communicator who is both professional and approachable. Yet, it felt like dealing with family we could trust with the sale of our home. Not only is she the local expert for the Frankston South precinct every piece of advice she gave us came true, which is why we would highly recommend and have complete trust in her services. Most remarkable sale
Thank you so much to Janice and her team for getting such a remarkable and totally unexpected price for our property. It really showed that Janice has a lot of experience in her field and I am so glad that I chose her. People tell you that selling a property can be one of the most stressful experiences in your life, but it really didn’t feel like that with Janice, who was always 100% supportive and guided me through the whole process with ease.

Very Helpful!
Janice was fantastic to deal with the whole way through. From the initial, Call Janice was very knowledgeable about the block itself and what the Vendors original plans were for the block. This helped us greatly in making a educated decision on purchasing the block. TESTIMONIAL JANICE DUNN ESTATE AGENTS – JULY 19TH 2021 I first met Janice Dunn November 2020 and was immediately taken by her staff, their professionalism and great sense of humour On our second meeting June 2021, Janice took me the process of selling my home. From the beginning of property sale, how we would proceed, and the expected final outcome. At no time did I have any concerns with Janice and her team of professional, highly competent staff. Assistant Anne Linke-Waldron, Operations Manager Tina Melas, and Marketing Co-Ordinator Rebecca Dunn. The best news Janice gave me is my home was so different, well kept and a lovely garden and we would not have any problems people making an appointment for inspection. This happened as soon as Janice notified her existing client list, and resulted in several bids even though Janice and I had agreed on an Auction. My home was photographed, filmed, placed on the Webb Wednesday 30th June with open house for Saturday and Sunday, 15 minutes each day. That following Week further offers. Later that week my home was sold prior to auction!! Professional with wonderful market knowledge
Janice was hired by the Vendor, but as the purchaser's we found her and her team were always professional, honest, a clear communicators and Janice's market knowledge is fantastic. In a very stressful market for people trying to purchase a property, she was the calm in the storm, and we really appreciated that during the negotiation period. She got a wonderful price for the Vendor and we felt that it was all fair and reasonable, which is all you can hope for. A win win situation.
