Good Communicator with Excellent team backing

We are an older couple, interstate investors, and were with parent company- Edward Thomas since we bought our little investment property, and stayed with Jas Stephens as natural progression. Staff come and go, but we have found all are above average communicators, Gen Z a tad allergic picking up the phone before being texted/emailed. Overall not too bad, as our property manager Sarah is quite competent, and is supported by more experienced staff ( Sally is amazing), who understand the human side of business and need for personalised solutions when the occasion demands for it. On Balance, we would recommend Jas Stephens RE without any reservations.
