I’ve had a fantastic experience with Jas Stephens. They are incredibly fast, responsive, and kept me informed throughout every process. When my previous tenant moved out, they were able to find and secure a new tenant very quickly, which made the whole transition incredibly smooth and stress-free. A particular huge thank you to Sigrid, who is fantastic to deal with and was there every step of the way. Her communication, professionalism and willingness to help made the process so easy. I’m very happy with the service I received from Jas Stephens and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property management team.

I recently engaged Jas Stephens to find a tenant for my property. Both Alex and Caitlyn have been incredibly responsive and prompt in their communication. Using their knowledge of the rental market and engaging various trades they were able to ensure the property was in the presented and marketed at its best. I would highly recommend both Alex and Caitlyn and Jas Stephens more broadly.

When my existing tenants wanted to move out, Nathan was proactive and had my apartment listed that week. He provided great insights on the rental applications and I had a new tenant signed up within days. Would definitely recommend Nathan.

Sigrid and Alex were very helpful when preparing my property for advertising and organising for inspections and rental. They communicated clearly and quickly and my property was rented within a week of being advertised. They have been fantastic.

My first experience leasing my property was with Jas Stephens and it was made easy by Alex and Sigrid. They were both efficient and assisted me through the process I was otherwise unfamiliar with and were able to secure tenants with weeks. Knowing they're local, right around the corner and a phone call or email away is something that reassuring too.
