I purchased a property from JAS as an investment, so we are now renting out that property. I was lucky enough to deal with both sides of the team from the Sales team (Rod) and the Rental team (Damian and Nathan). My experience has been nothing less than top notch. The communication from all 3 Jas Stephens consultants that I dealt with was always excellent. I felt like they were always open to communicate on a regular basis or when needed. They were all extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Willing to help me and my husband with all the questions we had and concerns. I felt like I got great knowledge from all, including details on the area, rental market etc (as we are instate buyers) and they were very professional at all times.
