First point of contact was Sally, who was very patient with me and clear in her responses to my relentless questioning as I tried to wrap my head around being a landlord for the first time; she really paved the way for a good experience. Christine followed up as my direct contact and she has been knowledgeable, great with communication and prompt replies, and extremely pleasant to deal with.
