John guided us through the maze of solicitors, banks (!), mortgage brokers, decorators and painters so that, unbelievably, we were ready to go on the market right on schedule. His diligence prior to auction was evident in the thorough and utterly honest reports we got on all open houses. He followed up interest and offered evaluations to potential buyers, gave us clear and comprehensive buyer feedback and worked long and late (go home to your family John!!) to ensure we got the best result.
