We had an excellent buying experience with Tate. Tate was super approachable and professional and great to deal with as we negotiated a pre-auction purchase. We were obviously quite anxious to secure the property, and Tate's calm demeanour and helpful nature really facilitated the process with a minimum of stress. We are thrilled with our new property, and Tate has been super supportive with all of the practical arrangements, and even negotiating with the owner to allow us access to bring a tradesman through ahead of our settlement. Excellent service from an excellent human being with a great team ! Andy Simpson came highly recommended and my husband and I we were lucky enough to found out why... Andy is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and very responsive with all communication ! The whole team at Jas Stephens were great as well but Andy went above and beyond even lending us his own whipper snipper when we needed to shoosh our garden ! Andy and the team at Jas Stephens provided us with regular data updates and Andy called us after EVERY inspection which made us feel like we were in great hands !
