The whole team at Jas have been enormously helpful and professional in their management of my property. First point of contact was Sally, who was very patient with me and clear in her responses to my relentless questioning as I tried to wrap my head around being a landlord for the first time; she really paved the way for a good experience. Christine followed up as my direct contact and she has been knowledgeable, great with communication and prompt replies, and extremely pleasant to deal with.
