As a resident of Chandlers Hill, he knows only too well the intoxicating lifestyle that awaits potential buyers. Outstanding Real Estate Agent

I cannot speak highly enough about Jason both as a person to deal with and as an experienced agent. Jason has now sold x2 properties for our family both with outstanding results which I think was all due to Jason’s knowledge and experience. Jason was so helpful and giving with excellent advice on what to focus on preparing both homes for sale. Jason was always a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience less stressful as he was always on top of things and responsive to all correspondence. The Man, The Mith, The Legend

From the moment we met Jason, we had a good feeling about him. If there was a 10 star rating, I'd rate him 11! Every step of the way he has been very knowledgeable, respectful, honest to both parties, and very professional. If it wasn't for Jason and his expertise, we would not be where we are today, and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts for doing the absolute best he can do. I will highly recommend Jason to anyone and everyone I know. He is worth more then what he charges which is a very reasonable price. FYI he is a red wine man for those that want to gift him in the future for doing a great job.

(Almost) hassle free selling

Selling a house that was 20 years out of date posed a daunting task when we showed Jason around to appraise the house. The house would also only suit a certain segment of the market. A big challenge for Jason Establishing broadly (with Jasons assistance) what was required, Jason provided a suite of skilled trades people (from his extensive facebook site) which we engaged saving us many thousands of dollars. The refurbishments were completed quickly allowing us to put the house onto the market. The appropriate buyer market was skilfully targeted and we only needed one weekend; 2 opens to sell the house, at the top end of our range. We knew that the price was limited so the range was pitched higher. Once documents were signed, Jason continued with the flow of communication to ensure we knew exactly where the sale was. The conveyancer recommendation from Jason was terrific. In the end we were very happy with the whole process and conclusion. Highly recommended

Jason was simply the best.

I could not have asked for a better agent. I took on board all his recommendations for improvements and Jason helped all the way through the transformation process with his experienced tradies and contacts. He contacted me every few days to keep me updated on progress and the market. His professional and caring approach to his work and myself as a vendor went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from an agent before. The icing on the cake was achieving a financial outcome that was so much more than I initially expected........all thanks to Jason's presale preparation . I've never met anyone quite like Jason, and I will recommend him to anyone needing the best Real Estate Agent in Adelaide.

5 star service from a 5 star human!!

I have now had the pleasure of dealing with Jason on two occasions - once when I purchased the property and a five years later when I decided to sell it. During the purchase of the property I remember how warm, accommodating and knowledgeable Jason was - he made me feel like so much more than just another sale, especially as a young buyer at the time going into it alone. When I decided to sell the property during Covid in 2021 Jason was the only agent I considered - I knew that he would be the one to not only obtain me a great result but to do so in a way that felt like less of a business transaction but instead like an old friend looking after you. Jason achieved the sale figure I wanted very quickly too I might add, nothing was too much trouble - I never chased him he was always providing updates and suggestions with my best interests at heart. I really appreciate the way Jason does business and I have no hesitations in recommending him to anyone looking to sell a property :)
