Seamless support during an uncertain time
We needed to sell quickly to move to another property, Jason supported us to turn around getting the property listed quickly, in 2 weeks to support our timelines. We then went into Vic lockdown & Jason kept us updated on progress & worked with us to determine the best approach for selling with the uncertain restrictions and market. Again when we were able to open up again Jason & his team were able to pivot quickly and we were able to go to auction 2 weeks after lockdown easing with a price 185k over reserve. The online auction was one of the best I've seen, no awkward zoom or Google Meet, they leveraged a professional online auction platform that allowed bidders to remain anonymous off camera and for us to see the bids tracked on the screen. Grateful to Jason & Frankie & the whole team for their support during what must of also been difficult times for them and the business.

Tradecraft at its best!
Don’t confuse this man with other agents who talk the talk but fail to walk the walk. Jason’s tradecraft, expertise and knowledge of the market is on point. His results speak volumes and he excels when it comes to providing realistic expectations. Communication and professionalism was exceptional from day one, demonstrating a two way trust that’s key between agent and client.
