We had a smallish property in an owner occupied outer suburb with tenants in place. Jason successfully negotiated with the tenant and helped us find a new owner buyer with tenants there for inspection and photos. Sadly we could not go to auction because of lack of buyer interest (we were not ready to wait longer to find more buyers) but Jason negotiated a good price from the one interested buyer. Win-win outcome for everyone!

Jason connected with us straight from the start, and his honest and understanding attitude had us meshing with him from the moment we met. Communication was fantastic and he was very trustworthy.
