makes tenants pay a fee to pay rent
Rental property not up to standard clean when moved in. Does not offer any way to pay rent that does not cost the tenant a fee.no Bpay or eftpos or direct transfer or cash accepted. Poor communication from agent when getting an issue fixed with the house.
