Application to rent with them was simple and easy, all done online and before the inspection. The inspection I attended was on a Saturday. Brenda was punctual and professional; it was clear they had checked my application beforehand. She called me not long after the inspection with the news that my application had been approved. All the information sent to me was clear and the signing and payment of the lease requirements was quick and easy to do. Very good experience so far.
