The team really put my concerns at ease with the current housing market. They continued to keep me in the loop regarding my application status and followed up promptly with further required information. Sent the lease agreement through as soon as I was approved for the rental property.

We will be happy to recommend Ray White Murrumba Downs Branch to the community. We have had 12 years, beginning 2011, of their being our rental agent. The team has given sound advice well communicated with excellent service for us and our son's properties. A few years ago my husband gifted a property to myself and I found the team and Jason Smith very professional and helpful finding my way.

The decision to rent ones investment property is not easy. But after I spoke with Jason Smith the Principal Licensee at Ray White Murrumba Downs, he made the process sound so easy. Jason and his team backed the "Talk" with action and the property was leased out at the first viewing. The follow up has also been great with the manager doing a sterling job. I highly recommend Jason and Ray White Murrumba Downs.
