It was my first time to sell a property and Thoraya made me feel that it was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. It wasn’t as easy as selling to the first person that viewed the property, in fact there were a lot of interested parties, different offers and Thoraya was there the whole time. She wasn’t pushy, instead she listened to what we wanted, gave some informative advice and she sold the property within our timeframe and for a price we were happy with. Really appreciate all Thoraya did for us and would definitely use her again for buying or selling. Having bought a property previously, if you can find an agent you trust, you stick with them. Thoraya had originally been the agent that we bought the property through. So we did utilise her again and will do so in the future.

In difficult conditions she got me a good offer an helped me negotiate even higher. She literally worked on the deal until a few hours before she caught an international flight. Thoraya and Riaz managed my rental property for close to 6 years prior to facilitating its sale in 2024. I never experienced any major dramas with any of the tenants they put forward.
