The girls at Jeff Jones real estate are the best. I've been their client for 4 years. They have processes in place to ensure their clients are making as much money as possible. They have detail inspections with photos. Pro-active once the tenants decide not to re-new the lease. constant updates and solutions until a tenant is found. Risk management advice in regards to maintenance.

Marie made to whole process of bringing this property at Boronia Heights from a run down building back to a presentable house through her extensive knowledge of competent tradesman and the selection of materials and finishes. When the process was at an acceptable state, she knew the moment to advertise it on the market which proved very astute. Tenants were found quickly who agreed with Marie's propositions, which seem to be satisfactory to all parties. The overall experience with Marie has been one of great admiration and satisfaction for her competence and perseverance in the difficult project that is now completed.
