Couldn't have been more helpful

I was searching for a rental property in Ballarat while still located in Brisbane. A slightly unusual situation which, with the help of Arian, Lauren and Nathan, was made far less stressful than it potentially could have been . Jellis Craig have been excellent. During the process of looking for a new home, I did look at a couple of properties listed with another agent and it was not a great experience. No personal contact at all. My enquiries were dumped into an automated system which was frustrating and offputting. Not so with JC. I have nothing but praise for the team at Jellis Craig, who were proactive in finding options and making suggestions and I was actually able to deal with real people, who understood my situation and communicated regularly throughout the search. Yes, during the application process there were a few automated emails and texts, but this was always AFTER I had already received a personal email from Nathan. Great team.
