Andrew was a great agent to work with as part of the purchase of our future property in Bentleigh East. He was upfront and provided honest advice to us from the beginning to ensure that our expectations were realistic. He also played a key role in negotiating with the vendor to a number of our purchasing requirements (settlement period, 5 per cent deposit), which allowed us to bid confidently on the day. Although we exceeded our intended budget, he worked extremely hard with the vendors to reach a sale price, which was feasible for us.
