We invited Gavin to meet with us regarding the sale of our house and asked him to come prepared to discuss all aspects of the sale. Not only did he come prepared with a great knowledge of the market, he also presented us with a comprehensive marketing plan.We were very impressed with the presentation and engaged him to sell our house. Throughout the whole campaign we would be updated by Gavin, sometimes daily and towards the last few days, multiple times throughout the day. On auction day we did not reach our reserve and Gavin suggested that we stick with the plan we had agreed to regarding reserve price. Gavin was very clear that the price that we had agreed to was achievable. Not only did he achieve our reserve he exceeded it. Gavin demonstrated great passion and drive to achieve a great result for us. We would highly recommend Gavin to anyone thinking of selling their home.
