Highly recommend Ben Thompson
Ben Thompson was very professional in all his dealings with us over the month long "campaign". He had done his research on all aspects of our house sale and explained them to us in a logical and methodical manner. He has strong natural people skills which, together with a good sense of humour, made the sale by auction process much easier for us. He always followed through with his commitments when he said he would, and never appeared too rushed for a chat on the phone. There were a number of keen bidders at the auction, which reflected his work and skills at ensuring they were "ready and able" on the auction day. We achieved a good price for our property and can recommend Ben Thompson to other potential vendors. We have already recommended him to others.

Very happy with Mark Staples
We found Mark Staples to be very professional in all his dealings with us. His advice was always well researched and credible; he was a very good communicator with follow up as agreed and on time. We enjoyed his sense of humour, which reduced the inevitable stresses of a sale by auction. There were a number of strong bidders at the auction, with a good sale price, and reflected Mark's efforts to ensure the bidders were "well primed" for the auction day.
