Went to 2 inspections where Kon was the agent. He was very professional, genuine and honest, he chat to us during inspection, understand our need and try to recommend a suitable home for us rather than just trying to sell any house to us. He is great to deal with, honest about the history and situation of the house, he even know the neighbourhood and pay attention to people coming through the house. His honesty & professionalism about disclosing the suitability of the house you are inspecting to your need and setting the realistic expectation of the house pricing is important to our decision making about bidding for a house. On top of that, he is very efficient & responsive to queries, plus his friendliness and warm personality makes him a great agent. We bought a home through Kon! Kon was such a great support to us throughout our entire campaign. He was happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how trivial they were, and made the whole process easier to understand.
