Elizabeth was one of the better agents that I have dealt with. Her level of communication was excellent. She was extremely helpful throughout the process and pleasant to deal with. The bottle of Moet and welcoming gift were an added bonus. During the submission of my offer on the property I did feel slightly pressured into tight time frames and conditions that I did not feel necessary however. I understand Elizabeth was simply ensuring that the vendors were receiving a secure offer that would not fall through, however as a first home buyer who was financially secure this made the process a little stressful at times.
