Lloyd Lawton Recomendation
Lloyd and the team at Jellis Craig sold our property in Hawthorn, just recently. As we live overseas, the need for us to have an agent who could communicate with us effectively throughout the lead up to - and during - the campaign was critical. Lloyd and the team handled every aspect of the sale with the utmost skill and professionalism and we could not have been happier. Dealing with Lloyd Lawton and Alistair Craig from Jellis Craig, Melbourne, made auctioning our home simple. Always on call and quick to respond to emails and requests, Lloyd was with us 100% during our campaign. We had one meeting with Jellis Craig before we flew back home to Singapore and the rest was taken care of beautifully. I would thoroughly recommend Lloyd and the team at Jellis Craig, who not only achieved a great price on the day but made the house clean and presentable throughout the campaign even though we were not there. Jellis Craig take the stress out of selling your home.

Worry-free process
Lloyd comes across as a true professional representing the vendor as well as ensuring buyers are well versed with the property. Any buyers' queries are answered promptly if there is a need to refer to the vendor. The advice prior to selection of agent for the vendor, the preparation of the property for inspection, progressive reports to the vendor after inspections each week and guidance on the auction day make it a worry-free process for the vendor. Integrity of quoting fair value of the property during the marketing period is important and is reflected by the property being put on the market within the quoted range.

The Best Selling Experience
Lloyd was always available during the campaign, he had an extensive knowledge of the market and he knew the potential vendors to attract to the point where we had 6 bidders at the auction. He was also empathetic to our special carers responsibilities at the time. We have sold a number of houses but this was the best experience ever. In addition, the post sale support was second to none - thanks Lloyd - we would have no hesitation in using your services again.
