Very Pleased
We are very pleased to have Ray White manage our property. The contractual agreement was easy to get through and sign, you have the right tools like Docusign which was especially useful during lockdown. The staff have been great so far and we appreciate your continuing support in managing our property.

Excellent rental management
The Ray White rental management team headed by Elaine Richards have been great to deal with. We have had our property with Ray White for a few years and have just had our first changeover of tenants. New tennant

Excellent agency
We couldnt recommend Ray White as anything but fantastic to deal with in rental properties and buying or selling As we have done both with them .They are professional,prompt with communications,very friendly,know the markets and a delight to deal with .We couldnt recommend them highly enough .

They made everything easy and smooth
We engaged two real estate agencies before deciding who we should go for with our rental property. Elaine from Ray White has definitely show her knowledge and experience in the local area (Croydon). She knows the market well, and able to help us to get a good rental outcome. Very efficient and responsive, we don't have to wait for ages to get any reply from their team whenever we have a questions. Our place is open for inspection within 3 days of passing them our keys, and after first inspection we have secured a tenant. Overall we are very happy with the service we received to date, only thing is we got charged for the lease board which we don't want (but is probably our mistake when signing up the service agreement we might have missed opting that out).

I couldn't speak more highly of the property management team (from Elaine to all the staff) at Ray White Croydon. Specifically, it is a please to deal with Rebecca as she is very knowledgeable, understands the market and cares for both the landlord and the tenant. This enables her to align the needs of both to find the perfect match for each property.
