Outstanding Agent
I have bought and sold 6 properties over the years and I have dealt with many real estate agents; Jen Harlow is outstanding and far outshines anyone I've worked with before. Buying and selling a property can be extremely stressful, however working with Jen made it easy. Jen explained every detail and concern, she has exceptional knowledge of the real estate industry, she is patient and kind with great communication skills and is highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her, from the moment she appraised my house to the sale and settlement day. I really liked that Jen solely handled every aspect of the sale, inspection and negotiations, my property was not passed to other agents during the process. I would highly recommend Jen as a sincere and genuine human being and real estate agent.

Fantastic!
I have now worked with James on 2 sales of my properties and currently in motion to sell the 3rd... I believe that in itself speaks volume. What I admire most about James is how transparent he is. Being a builder/developer, that's all I want. Further, James is really hard working, when our auction campaign was stagnated, James and the team opened the home 4 times in the week for 3 weeks... then on NYE, James hustled and helped manufacture a sale from a hot lead that came in on the 29/1.

Jen is the calm amid the storm
