A very nice agent
With out ever meeting Gary, I found him to be amazing. He suggested not to take the property I was selling to auction, but to sell it privately, which we did, and with in two showings it was sold. Any time I needed to reach out to Gary he replied with in the hour. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you Gary and to your team.

Highly Knowledgeable, Professional and Sensitive!
Mary was such a genuine person from the get go, in what was already a difficult time for our family. The circumstances didn't make it easy for her, but Mary not only got us a great price, but also the settlement terms required. Did I mention we accepted an offer less than a week from the property being listed?! Honestly couldn't recommend Mary anymore highly for her sensitivity, knowledge and professionalism. Perfect. Second to none
Lynn was kind, friendly and attentive. She knew we were selling the family home of 59 years and was understanding and empathetic to the emotions involved in this decision. Her communication and market reports were fantastic. On top of all of that her advice regarding best for sale and pricing were perfect and we received a wonderful outcome. Lynn's service was second to none and we cannot think of one area that was lacking. We would recommend Lynn without hesitation.
