Chris’s knowledge of local market at a high level and knew what buyer types would be interested in the property and provided excellent property valuation in a changing market One of our key criteria in agent selection was communication plan, content and frequency and Chris met all our requirements Chris has been a great partner of ours in taking us through the sales process with a seamless end to end process with a great outcome as the home was sold within 2 weeks after listing posted
