Went on sale off market with first open for inspection taking place in the initial week of covid 19 restrictions. Got an offer for what I wanted and sold after further negotiations on behalf of David in an uncertain market. Great result and great buy for the new owner. Chose David from Ray White due to first meeting him 12 years earlier when getting a valuation at the time. 12 years later he was still around and this is due to his warm and friendly demeanour with great knowledge of the area and the ability to make prospective purchasers and sellers feel comfortable when dealing with him which imo is a natural trait not just a sales skill for David. The property was sold after David did a virtual tour using Facetime for an O/S couple.
