Nicole helped us in buying our first property back 3 years ago. A months ago, she found us another property as soon as we decided upsizing. And now she sold our property for us for an amazing result. Dealing with Nicole for over 3 transactions as a buyer seller, we have never hesitated in trusting her professional advise, her excellent skills and her honesty. She works very hard, kept the process very transparent, and we were well informed every step of the way. We will definitely refer Nicole to anyone we know that are thinking of selling. She is an amazing agent to deal with. Thank you for all your hard work, look forward dealing with you again in near future.

Shaun responded to all my inquiries almost immediately all the time, sent us feedback right after each open home inspections, I could feel that he was being honest to both to us(vendors) and the buyers as everything went along with what we expected.I would highly recommend Shaun and Jellis Craig to any of my friends or families as my experience with them has been good!

My wife and I found Shaun to be attentive to our questions about the property. We found him easy to speak with and he was prompt in obtaining answers from the vendor who was overseas.

Anthony is articulate, knowledgeable and very focused on the task of selling properties. He understands the procedures, the properties in the area and the market ie the current demand for properties and the potential buyers. He explained strategies that he and Jellis Craig can use to encourage potential buyers to inspect the property by making buyers aware of the property, the location and features. His manner is calm and reasonable and his obvious experience inspires confidence that the best possible outcome will be achieved.

It was a great experience dealing with Shaun Wang from Jellis Craig Manningham. He helped us buy the property of our dreams. Shaun was very helpful and responded to emails and text quickly, even on weekends and after hours. Nothing seemed to be a problem, questions answered in a timely manner. He was happy to arrange a viewing at our convenience and pointed out highlights of the property we ended up purchasing. We would definitely highly recommend Shaun and we cannot express how thankful we are.

We are an elderly couple that needed to downsize. We rang Rod after a recommendation from a family member. Rod was very understanding, informative and sold our house within 3 weeks for a price we couldn't refuse. I couldn't recommend him enough. Thanks Rod, you made our transition so much easier.
