Sharyn is result driven and a goal getter. With her great industrial experience, she knows exactly how to achieve vendor's expectation. We will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who requires assistance in selling their properties. She will show you her professionalism and hand you a fat cheque at the end.

Unfortunately in the month between us signing up with Anthony and our Auction, the market hit an unexpected lull and we were disappointed to realise that we wouldn't achieve the figure for our property, that we had initially expected to. Anthony seemed to have a good understanding of the market's change and got us through this period with clear advice and eventually was able to get us, what we believe was likely, the best price possible at that time. We appreciated his straight talking and his efforts to secure us the best price.

There's a difference between someone who opens your door and someone who actively manages a client base to make the sale of your house. Sharyn de Vries is that difference. She actively managed a client base to be able to bring about the sale of a property we'd had trouble moving because she built relationships with the buyers not just the sellers. She carried a potential buyer for 4 months and 4 inspections to successfully purchase the home. I would be happy to recommend Sharyn to any prospective seller OR buyer.

Sharyn was very knowledgeable, she sold us this property and was extremely helpful. We then engaged Sharyn to sell our house, she is a good communicator and went the extra mile to assist us in achieving a good result.

Andrew Keleher and team provided excellent advice and feedback during the 4 week marketing campaign. The property sold at Auction at a price well above the reserve. We would like to recommend Jellis Craig Real Estate for their Professional service
Andrew Keleher
We were more than pleased with Andrew and his team. From day one we had detailed information on the process which helped us understand what was involved and what we should do. We followed the advice on the marketing and styling of the property and it paid off as we had an exceptional result at the auction. Andrew and his team kept us fully informed throughout the process and updated us after every open house. All communications were clear, frank, honest, informed and realistic. We understood the strategy leading up to and including the auction and on the day we achieved a result well in excess of our reserve and expectations. We believe this was due Jellis Craigs knowledge of the market, their networking capability and their ability to attract and engage with buyers. We would highly recommend Andrew and his team to any vendor.

Thi Nguyen is an outstanding agent. He is committed, so organised and insightful into our needs as vendors. His communication throughout our campaign was fantastic. Thi has now sold two properties for us and we would only ever use him again.

It's nice to meet someone that is honest and not annoying at the open home. Professional but friendly and can kick up a nice chat rather than just "selling the house". In the end, we did go through the auction with the team and it was a great experience. Thank you.
