I have never bid at any auction before, let alone for a property I really wanted, so my success in securing the Kilsyth property was greatly helped by the sound advice given by Sharyn. I had a 2 bedroom unit in Ringwood, we decided to choose Jellis Craig and Nicole was recommended due to her knowledge and linguistic skills. Nicole was able to communicate with the asian market and at auction date we had a 3 way bidding war. Our home sold for above the market expectation and due to the success at auction date we were able to buy a bigger family home. Highly recommend.

I have used Chris a few times now as both the vendor and purchaser, as well as transactions with other agents. By far Chris is the best to deal with on all accounts. Along with whomever he has been working with they have been fortunate enough to have such a good guiding hand alongside them. Most of them have all gone onto become good agents as well. This reflects back to a good start in my book. At present Elanor Sear is working with Chris. Elanor has a great knowledge and also fantastic with your potential purchasers, and follows up once they have purchased. If you want an agent who , will listen, has experience, a building knowledge, is good with people, and a genuine nice guy give Chris and his team a go.

I highly recommend Dallas and his team. Dallas is extremely knowledgeable, fine strategist, very clear in his communication, personable and at the same time respectful of the vendor's space. Definitely works hard to get the best outcome. The team seems to work well together. On auction day every one was clear on their role, a reassuring and efficient presence. Matthew was very polished and attentive when dealing with the paper work after the auction. Kristy always had a nice word to say about the house presentation.
