Chris Chapman was introduced to us by my son, a builder, who has used Chris to sell all of his houses, and found him excellent to deal with, and with a wise and experienced head and excellent knowledge of the local market, and so followed him to his new job with JellisCraig. I can see why. Chris led us through the whole process from a valuation on our house, to what was needed to put it onto the market, and every step of the way until a sale was clinched, even when things looked a little fraught for reasons beyond anyone's control. He gave good advice, with no pressure at all, make smart predictions on the way things could turn out, so that at every step we had confidence in his judgements. He has excellent communication skills, both face to face and via phone and emails, and in fact his communications were frequent and useful - informative when needed, reassuring when needed and so on. We would use him again, though are unlikely to be in the market for the foreseeable future. I know my son will continue to use him and we would freely recommend Chris to anyone who needed an agent. His teamwork with Mandy Berenyi, also a pleasure to deal with, was impressive and they make a great team who complement each other in the best possible ways. JellisCraig should be proud that they have these two on staff.

We first met Tom when we asked for a valuation on our home in Scenic Crescent. Tom was polite and had an intimate knowledge of the current market situation and was able to sell our property off market 3 weeks later obtaining a very satisfactory price. We therefore had no hesitation in working with Tom selling our next property at David Hockney Drive, the plan Tom outlined in regards to this sale went exactly as explained and we realized another excellent result with the sale, the communication and systems in place with Tom made both experiences relatively stress free. We have since referred Tom to my sister-in law for the sale of her townhouse and I'm sure another quality recommendation will follow soon.

Chris and Mandy make a great team. Our family felt very supported throughout the entire process of selling a property that had been in the family for around 40 years. Scott’s knowledge of The area was extensive and this helped us ge the best price possible as it’s value was never underestimated. Communication was excellent and regular phone calls, face to face meetings and reports of open house with full details were provided.
