I appreciated the depth and regularity of information provided by Tom, both in regard to the interest in the property, including the type of inquirer & also in regard to various contingencies such as what happens if there is no bid at the auction. The initial advice that the property would generate enough funds to be able to afford entry to a retirement village was accurate. The auction was conduct vigorously & confidently despite less bidders than expected.
