Pina Kara was an extremely energetic and enthusiastic agent. Pina operated at a professional level throughout the campaign. In the end our agreed upon target price range at appraisal was not met and we settled at a lower sales price than that of the original agreed target figure. This was mainly due to the buyers standing firm on their price and not willing to negotiate further. Pina did her best to reach our agreed target sales price, although we did not achieve the agreed upon sales price.
