Chris Chapman
We found Chris extremely straightforward, friendly and easy to deal with. We dealt with a few agents when we were looking at other properties and didn't feel they had anything like the same level of knowledge of the area or credibility when discussing the pricing of properties. I'd be very happy to deal with Chris again and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property in the areas he covers.

Chris has assisted us with buying a new home and selling our current home... Every step of the way he has been fabulous to deal with, along with the rest of the team at Jellis Craig. Experienced and Genuine
Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially since we were trying to purchase the home of our dreams. While Chris was working for the vendor he was very accommodating and understanding to us as purchasers. Trying to purchase a home which you have your heart set on can be quite a stressful time but Chris made the process as stress free as possible and easy for us. From negotiations to signing the sales contracts and any questions that arose throughout the campaign, Chris had a very genuine approach and was great to communicate with throughout the entire process. Grateful and what a highly regarded team.
Selling my house through Jellis Craig with Scott Nugent and his team was incredibly easy. I felt reassured and at ease throughout the entire process, which I was very grateful for. Scott gave me a realistic price range from the get go and explained the market to me so that I understood where I sat, he was able to explain the whole process to me in layman's terms. Throughout the Sale campaign when I spoke to friends about selling my house, there was nothing but positive talk about Scott and his team and he is highly regarded in the local community. Polite, determined and knowledgable - a successful outcome!!
Scott's work on the sale of our house was diligent and thorough. He was hard working and personable throughout the whole campaign. Over the time it we were experiencing some difficulty attracting the buyers who saw the value of our house in the same way as both Scott and us. Scott was drawing on a lot of experience initiating various strategies and techniques to shore up some firmer interest. After a very sad auction day where we received no bids; Scott , although disappointed, continued unfazed and determined.. The following week the right person walked into our home who felt it was perfect for her and after some worthy negotiation a price was offered that very much satisfied us. We were impressed with Scott's dogged determination, his solid footwork and commitment to sell our home. He did not cut corners and was rewarded with the sale and our respect, which we never doubted.. We very much recommend Scott Nugent as an agent who not only knows the market, but has the manners and the communication skills necessary to be successful!!
