Two of the most important questions to ask yourself when choosing an agent are - can I trust them and do I like them? The trust deals with their expertise in the market and their integrity to deliver what they commit to. The like is necessary because you want to feel comfortable with someone who is dealing with your significant asset. Having both bought and sold with Torsten, I can guarantee that he is great at both.
