Sam, researched the market very well for us and his appraisal was spot on in the current market. He advised a minor tweak during the campaign and this was really the trigger which resulted in a sale price at the top end of the quoted range. We felt Sam really cared about the outcome being the best for us and in the form of a top Agent he made sure he “stood in our shoes” when it came to giving sound advice. We entered into the sale with much trepidation and a lack of understanding of the process. We did however know what makes good customer service and had expectations that who we used should be able to guide us through the process, be shrewd and skilled enough to maximise the outcome, and have excellent interpersonal and relationship skills. After all, if your agent can’t build genuine report with you, how are they going to go with prospective buyers? The latter was critical for us. Trish was astonishingly professional, messaged at all hours and all days of the week, and went so far beyond our expectations. She’s a terrific person to deal with on a personal level too. We looked at a few agents and Trish won us over. Best decision we made in this whole thing. She’s great.
