I briefed Carolyn and two other agents to pitch to sell my property. The rationale was simple - provide a vision of what needs to be done to get it ready for sale, with a timeline and costs and proposed return on investment. She followed through promptly and won the business. When it came to executing she did what what she said within the given timings. I just paid the invoices. She managed the interested parties and we sold promptly in the range she gave. She did what she said she would do.
