We had purchased a new property and had to sell our current property very quickly (and in the lead up to Christmas). Sam was extremely efficient and by utilising the huge number of contacts he as, he was able to secure us a sale and great price within just a few weeks - exactly what we needed in order to move to our new place. Between Sam and Rhianna, the regular communications and updates were great, it really made the whole process that much less stressful. This is the 2nd time i have sold a home with Sam and i can honestly say he has never failed me. In this instance i needed Sam to sell a property that had many issues, and as my architect said when i was working through the planing stages, i gave him a "hamburger with the lot" - it was this hamburger that Sam sold for me. It was tricky, and there were curly issues throughout the entire process but Sam handled everything with precision, care, great communication and in the ended structured an unbelievable deal.
