Another great result with Hodges

This is the second time in the last few years that we have sought Jeff Begg's assistance with Hodges Real estate in selling a property. From the first moment we have contacted Jeff on each occasion he has moved quickly to get the sales process underway which suited us. Jeff is a terrific communicator and we were never left chasing him for feedback as he contacts us in a timely manner. Jeff gave us a very realistic and honest valuation which gave us confidence in the selling process. Jeff gave us some advice on some small improvements to consider and a local tradesman who might assist. This tradesman was great value and attended to some minor matters very quickly. The property was well presented and Jeff worked through all enquiries and leads to get several bidders to the auction. We achieved the price that we were after on the auction day which was a great relief. Joined on the day by Marcus Falconer as our auctioneer the whole team achieved a great result with a very professional auction. We were delighted and the new purchasers were elated.
