Alex sold two properties for us. Prior to putting our properties on the market we researched local agents to find which agent really worked for the vendor. We chose Alex because he really knew the area and was diligent. Alex sold our first property by private sale relatively quickly after the auction. He negotiated the sale to achieve our asking price. The second property took quite a long time to sell. Alex was at every weekly open inspection, and also arranged many private viewings. Alex always reported the outcome of the inspections and would always follow up any potential purchaser. We met reasonably often to discuss the best approach and indeed modified our strategy a few times. In the end Alex's hard work paid off with a negotiated sale to market value. We highly recommend Alex to any potential vendors.

We were referred to Tamzyn by a friend that had sold their property in Ashburton a year earlier. I recall that his exact words were, "if you're selling in Ashburton you need to use Tamzyn" and we are certainly of the same opinion now. I work in the property industry so i am usually very critical of sales agents, mostly due to a lack of communication. I have also found in the past that agents "sell you the dream" to get you signed up and then spend weeks conditioning you to try and lower your expectations, in order for you to accept a lower price. Tamzyn was the complete opposite to pretty much every other agent i've dealt with: she was very realistic in her assessment of the property, provided a range that was spot on what i hoped to achieve and thought the property was worth, and then she spent the 4 weeks of the campaign being on the front foot with communication. Despite low numbers through the door, she remained optimistic and on auction day she coached me through the process and she negotiated an outcome that was at the upper end of my expectations. I'd absolutely recommend Tamzyn to anyone selling a property in the area.
